Lately I’ve had this strange obsession with foxes so I’ve decided to share some foxy facts with you all : )

1. Foxes are part of the dog family

2. A female fox is called a vixen a male fox is called a dog fox or a tod and baby foxes are called pups, kits or cubs.

3. Foxes can hear a watch ticking 36.5 meters away

4. Red foxes are not all red. Red fox colours include brown, black and silver.

5. Foxes will catch mice not for food but just to play with them
